first step...don't use paypal...it's evil... ( www.paypalsucks.com)... second step... just fill out a membership form found at a local bike shop and mail it in...simple...! i'm sure mark could get you some back issues of the newsletter... and welcome to the ibc...!

Hi,
The Iowa Bicyclist is available as a member benefit. So far with just two issues, it is easy to get you the back copies. I will send it when I process your membership.
2nd item of note: We will be changing our credit card processing service very soon. I appreciate the support and patience!

I got the latest issue of The Iowa Bicyclist in my email yesterday and wasn't I suprised when I read this: 3. Bike World Expo, March 12, Des Moines Bike World Expo at March 12th 1pm – 5pm Walnut Building – State Fairgrounds New products Bike demos Vendor demonstrations Savings on Trek Travel vacations Visit with reps from the following companies and organizations Visit with: IDOT MTA Iowa Bicycle Coalition Des Moines Chrysler and Suzuki Dewey Ford Bike Iowa CITA Safe Kids Coalition More info: bikeworldiowa.com/page.cfm?PageID=416I think it is super swell that Bike World is putting something like this together but I am wondering what place Des Moines Chrysler and Suzuki and Dewey Ford have at such an event. Anyone have any ideas? Looking at other posts of mine will show that I do not have a hard line anti car attitude, they have their place, sure they do, but their place is certainly NOT at a bike shop expo. gpickle
