Kent Peterson is a guy who rides mucho miles out in the pacific northwest and I love to read his equipment reviews, blog and how-to stuff. As such I came across this:

I have seen many clever fender set-ups and even run a few myself and I think this is helpful stuff if you have a difficult bike you want to be able to ride in the rain or PBP.
